About Hollow Knight

Hollow Knight is Team Cherry’s full 2D action adventure on Steam. From the fading town of Dirtmouth you drop into Hallownest, a ruined insect kingdom of caverns, cities and wastes. The path is open: you choose which roads to take and which bugs to face.

Combat is a nail, a dash, and later spells paid for with Soul. Charms change how you move and fight, and the Dream Nail lets you read minds you would otherwise pass. Mapping tools — compasses, quills, pins — are how you keep Hallownest readable.

This Steam edition already contains the later free updates Hidden Dreams, The Grimm Troupe, Lifeblood and Godmaster. Christopher Larkin’s score sits under the whole journey. You play alone.
