About Just Die Already

Just Die Already is DoubleMoose Games’ old-people mayhem sandbox, published by Curve Games. You play a pensioner who has been kicked out of a retirement home in a near-future where nobody is covering the bills. Dangerous challenges and retirement tickets are the route back into care.

Steam’s loop is brittle ragdoll slapstick: complete stunts that would wreck a younger body, explore for tickets, and pick up whatever is lying around. Named toys on the store page include giant trouts, trampolines, guns, electrical wiring, fireworks, bazookas, axes, trombones, air horns and jetpacks — all usable to hurt and maim, including yourself.

Steam also publishes a sandbox session for one player or up to four online, with Online PvP, Online Co-op and Cross-Platform Multiplayer. Challenges can be finished together, or the session can stay a limb-ripping brawl. Twelve Steam Achievements sit on the same app.

Expect a cartoon pensioner physics playground aimed at ticket-chasing stunts and object chaos, playable alone or with up to four people online, on a Windows Steam install that needs a network for activation and for those online sessions.
