Combat is about patience and timing: parry incoming blows, counter at the right moment and use implants to target the weak points of huge mechanical bosses modelled on yokai from Japanese folklore. Between fights you run across rooftops and ruins, upgrading your body and weapons as the story of your past unfolds. It is a tough but rewarding action game for fans of samurai and cyberpunk.
