About Dune: Awakening
Dune: Awakening is an open-world survival game with adventure and RPG gameplay by Funcom, released in June 2025. Chosen by the Bene Gesserit, you travel to Arrakis to uncover the mystery of the missing Fremen in a cinematic story that asks: what if Paul Atreides was never born? Visit Arrakeen and Hagga Basin and meet Duke Leto Atreides and Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen.
Play alone or with friends: explore a vast Arrakis, craft gadgets, assemble vehicles and build anything from a modest home to a massive base. Avoid roaming sandworms, seek shade from the scorching sun, escape sandstorms, climb with the Shigawire hook and fly your own ornithopter. Study the slow blade or the powers of the Mentat and Bene Gesserit, and join the Atreides or the Harkonnen. PEGI 16 (Violence, Bad Language, Drugs, Horror).
