How to Get My Invoice
Your invoice is sent to you by email, and registered customers can also download it from their account.
Invoice by Email
Your invoice is included in your order email.
1Check the email with your key
The invoice arrives in the same email as your game key or link.
2Check other folders
If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.
Registered Customers
If you placed your order with a registered account, you can also download your invoice from your account.
Open Orders1Open Orders
Sign in to your account and go to My Account → Orders.
2Download your invoice
Select Show details for the relevant order, then select Download invoice.
