Years after his last battle of wits with the zombie pirate LeChuck, Guybrush Threepwood is adrift and still has not found the Secret of Monkey Island. Young pirate leaders under Captain Madison have pushed the old guard aside, Melee Island has taken a turn for the worse and Stan has been jailed for marketing-related crimes. You banter with old friends and new faces, set sail for places like Terror Island and Brrr Muda, and talk your way out of trouble with clever puzzles, context-sensitive interactions, reactive dialogue trees and a simple inventory.
