Paradise Lost is a first-person narrative adventure set in an alternate history where World War II never truly ended. The conflict dragged on for twenty more years until a nuclear strike left the heart of Europe a radioactive wasteland. In the winter of 1980 you play Szymon, a 12-year-old boy who, after his mother's death, discovers a massive abandoned bunker while searching for a man from a photograph she cherished. Descending inside, you explore a hidden underground city where retro-futuristic industrial technology blends with Slavic pagan imagery, and piece together what happened to the rebels who once lived there. Through the bunker's machines a mysterious girl named Ewa reaches out to you, and the choices you make along the way shape how the story ends.
