Rhythm Witch: Beat Death mixes survivors-style action with a rhythm game. Your witch sets off on a journey through forests, plains and graveyards, and every attack lands harder when you hit it on the beat. The monsters follow the music too, stepping and striking in time with each track, so reading the rhythm helps you dodge as much as it helps you fight. Between waves you pick spells and upgrades and build a different set of skills on each run, then face bosses such as the Basilisk, the Minotaur and a dragon. The colourful cartoon style keeps the screen readable even when it fills with enemies.
