About Brotato
Brotato is a top-down arena shooter roguelite developed and published by Blobfish, fully released on Steam on 23 June 2023 after a period in Early Access.
A spaceship from Potato World crashes on a hostile planet and Brotato, the only potato able to hold six weapons at once, must survive until rescue arrives. Each run lasts under thirty minutes and is split into waves of 20 to 90 seconds. Weapons fire automatically by default, so you focus on movement while collecting materials that buy items and upgrades in the shop between waves. Dozens of characters, from one-handed to lucky or mage builds, change how a run plays, and hundreds of weapons and items allow wild combinations. Local co-op for up to four players and accessibility options for enemy health, damage and speed are included.
