About Hunters In The Dark

Hunters In The Dark is a family-friendly party tag game from Wild Ox Studios and Utopia Machina, in Early Access. One to four players hunt as Treasure Hunters racing for glowing chests or as Shadow Hunters who chase them for points. Rounds are short; potions, barrels and maze layouts keep each hunt unpredictable.

Hybrid generation rebuilds arenas with a familiar look: parts placed by hand, parts rolled anew, across 20-plus levels and thousands of variations. Themes include Dungeon, Fairy Forest and Red Zone. Two modes: first to 20 points, or the highest score in a two-minute hunt. Matches run from 1 to 20 hunts. Mix keyboard and gamepads in one session. Dynamic AI scales from easy through Nightmare+. Smash barrels for potions that can speed you up, steal a dash, light the maze, start a meteor shower or freeze rivals. Push, break, press and get squashed. Cartoon screams and torchlit panic. Solo, co-op and PvP, local and online.
