About Trials of Wilderness
Trials of Wilderness is a survival game developed and published by MightByte Games and released on 25 December 2021. You find yourself alone on an island inhabited by hostile village tribes and wild creatures, and your first task is simple: find food, water and shelter before nightfall.
Survival grows into a full life in the wild. Hunt animals, chop trees and build a base, gather stone, iron, sulfur, clay, coal and leather, and plant crops that you water with a pump and pipes or a humble bucket. Trap and tame wolves and bears to fight at your side, and breed animals to sell for profit.
Crafting lets you make weapons, armour and potions to take on big creatures, while tribal villages can be raided head-on or entered quietly for loot. Back home, traps and defences protect your base from attacks by tribes and monsters, and a shop helps you trade what you have gathered.
It is a sandbox survival game with a peaceful mode, normal survival and a base-defence mode, plus customisable difficulty. It runs on Windows 7 (64-bit) and supports English, Russian and Simplified Chinese with full audio.
