Yooka-Laylee is an open-world 3D platformer developed and published by Playtonic Games, a studio founded by veterans of classic British platformers. Steam release date: 11 April 2017.
Buddy duo Yooka, a green chameleon, and Laylee, a wisecracking bat, set out to thwart corporate creep Capital B and his scheme to absorb all the world's books and turn them into profit. Combine their special moves to solve puzzles and clear platforming challenges, collect golden Pagies to unlock and expand vast new worlds, and meet oddball characters, hulking bosses, minecart rides, arcade games and quiz shows along the way.
