About Absolum
Absolum is a roguelite beat 'em up developed by Dotemu, Guard Crush Games and Supamonks and published by Dotemu and Gamirror Games. Steam release date: 9 October 2025.
Absolum comes from the team that redefined modern side-scrolling beat 'em ups, mixing top-class combat with roguelite elements and the spirit of classic fantasy arcade hits. The world of Talamh has been shattered by a magical cataclysm, and Sun King Azra uses the panic to enslave wizards through his Crimson Order. The enchantress Uchawi and a small band of rebels wield forbidden magic to challenge his rule. Each outcast hero fights in a unique style: Galandra swings a colossal sword with necromantic powers, while Karl, the last free dwarf, brawls with an ancestral blunderbuss and his fists. Every run brings new paths, powers and encounters, and you can fight alone or with a friend.
