About Allogloom

Allogloom is a hand-crafted point and click adventure by solo developer Galactic Ghosty, published by Iceberg Interactive in October 2026. You join Nora on a strange and unsettling journey of discovery through her hometown of Gruesome Grove. Something is abducting the residents, and bringing them home means uncovering secrets that some of the town would rather keep buried. With a single note pointing her somewhere forbidden as her only clue, Nora must piece together what happened and why, before there is no one left to save. The setup feels like a dark fairy tale, and every new scene pulls you deeper into its mystery.

Along the way Nora encounters the town’s revered and ravenous moths, creatures that are worshipped and feared in equal measure. She also has to navigate the displaced monsters left wandering the wreckage of her home, and some of them prove far more helpful than they first appear. The deeper she goes, the less certain it is that she will make it out with everyone she loves. The Gruesome Grove she grew up in has gone, and to bring it back she will have to break every rule standing in her way. The story is full of twists and turns, and it is laced with a dark sense of humour that keeps even grim moments charming.

Puzzles follow the spirit of classic point and click adventures. You collect objects, combine items and negotiate with characters to solve inventive problems, from cosy bedrooms cluttered with trinkets to shadowy groves guarded by moth shrines. The lush, detailed world is brought to life through art nouveau inspired illustration, giving each screen the look of a hand painted storybook page. A charming cast of humans, monsters and animals fills the town, and talking to everyone often reveals the next clue. An original soundtrack by Kim Miller underlines the eerie yet warm mood of the adventure.

Allogloom is playable at your own pace and needs no timed input, which makes it a relaxed experience for players who like to think through each riddle. It offers full controller support, including DualShock and DualSense pads, along with custom volume controls and cloud saves. Twenty four achievements and trading cards add extra goals for completionists. The game runs on Windows 10 or later (64-bit) and supports English, German, Spanish, Russian, Simplified Chinese, French, Polish and Brazilian Portuguese. The minimum setup calls for an Intel Core i5 processor, 8 GB of RAM, an NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 and DirectX 10, so this richly illustrated adventure runs smoothly on most modern computers.
