About Nine Parchments
Nine Parchments is a co-operative action RPG developed and published by Frozenbyte, the studio behind the Trine series. Steam release date: 5 December 2017.
In Nine Parchments, a group of apprentice wizards flees the Astral Academy to gather the lost Nine Parchments – without the years of study it normally takes. New spells, no training and no supervision lead to plenty of magical accidents. Play alone or with up to three friends online or on the couch, and watch out: spells don't distinguish between enemies and the wizard next to you, so friendly fire and revives are part of the fun. Each wizard starts with three spells from different elements, every recovered parchment adds more, and skill trees let you amplify your powers. A separate Astral Challenges arena mode was added free after launch.
