About Occupy Mars: The Game

Occupy Mars: The Game is an open-world survival and base-building sandbox developed and published by the Polish studio Pyramid Games. After several years in Early Access it received its full release on Steam on 30 January 2026 for Windows.

You arrive on Mars as a lone colonist and must keep yourself alive by managing oxygen, power, water and food while expanding a habitat built and wired component by component. Rovers can be driven, repaired and rebuilt with new parts, drills extract resources, and greenhouses grow food. Exploration across a large, realistically modelled region uncovers minerals, abandoned missions and new objectives, and storms or system failures force you to fix machinery in real time.

Key Features

  • Base building – construct and wire every module.
  • Rover workshop – drive, repair and rebuild vehicles.
  • Life support – oxygen, power, water and food.
  • Mining and farming – drills and greenhouses.
  • Open Martian world – explore a large realistic region.
