About Receiver 2
Receiver 2 is a first-person shooter roguelite developed and published by Wolfire Games. Steam release: 2 April 2020.
Every firearm is simulated part by part: you rack the slide, check the chamber, swap magazines, decock and clear malfunctions with separate keys. You wake up in a procedurally arranged world of empty buildings guarded by turrets and drones, hunting cassette tapes that explain the Mindkill. Death sends you back down the levels, so careful habits matter more than fast reflexes.
