As the mayor, you have to collect ever higher taxes before each deadline. Every turn you pick one of three randomly drawn facilities, such as schools, game companies or food stalls, and place it on the city grid. Facilities boost their neighbours, so the right layout snowballs into huge coin income. Spend coins in the shop on items, tokens, new tiles and capsules, move or remove buildings, and build a different money-making city on every run.
