TIS-100 is a programming puzzle game developed and published by Zachtronics. Steam release date: 20 July 2015.
An old Tessellated Intelligence Systems computer has turned up in your uncle's belongings, and its code is corrupted. Armed with nothing but a terse reference manual, you write tiny assembly programs across a grid of parallel nodes, passing values between them to transform input streams into the right output. Every segment can be solved many ways, and histograms show how your cycle, node and instruction counts compare with friends and other players. Between puzzles, fragments of messages hint at who built the machine and why.
