About The Bus

The Bus is a city bus simulation from TML-Studios, published by Aerosoft and released in March 2026. You transport passengers across multiple lines and in different buses through Berlin, where the routes of Germany’s capital have been recreated realistically at a true 1:1 scale. The large, detailed map holds more than two hundred stops and plenty of famous landmarks to discover, including the Victory Column, the Brandenburg Gate and Alexanderplatz. You sell tickets to boarding passengers, handle heavy traffic and bring everyone safely to their destination while the city around you stays in motion with AI traffic made up of many vehicle types.

The fleet is officially licensed from Scania, MAN and VDL, with twenty variants across different bus types: the MAN Lion’s City DD, the Scania Citywide LF in solo and articulated form, the VDL Citea LLE, the MB eCitybus in solo and articulated form and the Galaxis Urban in solo and articulated form. An officially licensed onboard computer from ATRON sits in the cockpit, and you can move freely inside vehicles and throughout the game world. Real Berlin lines such as TXL, 100, N100, 123, 142, 147, 200, 245 and 300 are included, each with different routes to learn and master.

A day and night cycle with weather and seasons keeps every trip exciting and challenging, and an optional sync feature dynamically matches the weather and time of day to the current values in Berlin. Random in-game events make the world feel more alive and varied, and two integrated radio stations, Flashbass.FM and DoubleBass.FM, keep you company on long shifts. Whether you prefer a relaxed run on schedule or the hustle and bustle of a big city, the simulation brings you as close as possible to the feeling of driving a bus in Berlin, from quiet night routes to busy rush hours.

In the single-player Economy mode you build your own bus company, invest in new vehicles, hire staff, take care of maintenance and repairs and increase your income through contracts and ticket sales. Freeplay mode lets you carry passengers with the vehicle of your choice on any line and route. Workshop content such as community-made maps and repaints can be downloaded directly, and modding features plus a level editor let you create your own content, either for yourself or to share with others. There are forty nine achievements to earn and full controller support. The game runs on 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 and supports English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Brazilian and European Portuguese, Finnish, Japanese, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Hungarian, Simplified Chinese, Arabic and Dutch.
