About TransOcean: The Shipping Company

TransOcean: The Shipping Company is a business simulation developed by Deck13 Hamburg. Steam release date: 23 September 2014.

TransOcean: The Shipping Company puts you in charge of a transport company on the world's oceans. You build a fleet of modern merchant ships, choose a home harbour and take on contracts between 55 harbours around the world, 20 of them with iconic landmarks. With 20 ship classes to maintain, you weigh up routes through the Panama or Suez Canal, storms, piracy and whether there is room for your freighter at the destination. A trade system with dynamic prices, 22 trade goods and random global events keeps every decision tense, and you can moor and cast off yourself or let it run automatically. In online mode, other players compete for routes and influence commodity prices.
