UnReal World is an open-ended wilderness survival roguelike created by Sami Maaranen and Erkka Lehmus and published by Enormous Elk. Steam release date: 26 February 2016.
Set in the ancient North of iron-age Finland, UnReal World drops you into a vast, randomly generated wilderness with no fixed goal. You hunt with traps and bows, fish, gather plants, tan hides, build log cabins and prepare food for winter, all with remarkable historical detail. Villages offer trade and company, while wild animals, raiders and the cold itself are constant threats. Its classic tile graphics hide one of the deepest survival simulations available, and it has received regular free updates for decades.
