About 7 Billion Humans

7 Billion Humans is a 2018 programming puzzle game by Tomorrow Corporation, the studio behind World of Goo, Little Inferno and Human Resource Machine. Robots have taken every job, so humanity is sent to work in a giant office building where the workers themselves become a parallel computer.

In each of more than 60 levels you write a short program from drag-and-drop commands, and every worker on the floor runs it at the same time. You make them pick up and sort numbered blocks, shred paperwork or form shapes, then try to optimise for fewer commands or faster runs. No coding knowledge is needed, and hints and a skip option help when a puzzle gets stuck.

Key Features

  • Parallel programming – Many workers run your code at once
  • 60+ levels – Logic puzzles with rising difficulty
  • Visual commands – Drag and drop, no typing
  • Optimisation goals – Fewer lines or faster solutions
  • Hints and skips – Help when you are stuck
