Claire is spending the summer at her aunt's cabin in Hawk Peak Provincial Park, and she is waiting for an important phone call that only gets signal at the summit. Getting there is up to you: follow the marked trails or wander the backcountry, climbing rock faces, gliding on the wind and collecting golden feathers that let you climb higher and fly further. Along the way you meet other hikers with small favours to ask, go fishing, swim in the lake, dig for buried treasure and play a round of beachstickball. There is no rush and no wrong way to explore; the island is small but packed with secrets, and the gentle story makes for a warm, memorable afternoon.
