About Fatal Claw
Fatal Claw is a 2D metroidvania developed by the Korean studio NDEV GAMES and published by Com2uS Holdings for Windows PC, with its full release on 26 August 2026. You play as Kisha, a cat brought back to life with the help of his ancestors, who wakes up in a fallen ancient kingdom that has been stirred into motion again by the technology of the Commoners living alongside the old Ancients.
The underworld is a dangerous place. Ferocious Infected roam its halls, exits to the surface are sealed and countless secrets lie hidden in its depths. Your goal is to rescue the survivors who still cling to hope, absorb the power of the Infected you defeat and find a way back up to the surface world, while following the traces that reveal the truth behind the corruption and Kisha himself.
Combat is built around two claws. The Silver Claw lets Kisha Blink straight through enemy attacks to exploit openings, and the Golden Claw answers with a powerful charge attack. On top of that come Engraved Skills absorbed from the Infected and Inherited Skills passed down by the ancestors, so you can shape your own style around each enemy’s traits and attack patterns.
Hidden throughout the world are Fusion Recipes that transform Engraved Skills into entirely different attacks. Exploring to uncover them and then experimenting with combinations is one of the most rewarding parts of the game, producing anything from devastating area attacks and adorable transformations to bombs with unpredictable results. Magic Cabitz stones let you add new abilities or customise existing ones too.
The map is an interconnected network of distinctive zones that you can tackle in your own order. New movement abilities let Kisha squeeze through narrow passages, climb walls and float through the air, opening previously inaccessible paths and rewarding a return to areas you have already explored. Ancient castles, mysterious natural environments, dangerous modern facilities and hidden ruins each bring their own atmosphere.
Powerful bosses wait along the way, each with unique attack patterns, alongside tense chase sequences against massive enemies and intense one-on-one battles. Learning their moves and choosing the right skills is the key to victory. Adjustable difficulty, full controller support including DualShock and DualSense pads, cloud saves and the ability to save anytime keep the experience approachable, and Kisha can wear a variety of costumes.
