About Arma 3

Arma 3 is a military simulation sandbox developed and published by the Czech studio Bohemia Interactive. It was released on Steam on 12 September 2013 for Windows, with macOS also supported.

Set in the mid-2030s on the Mediterranean islands of Altis and Stratis, plus the Pacific archipelago of Tanoa, it offers some 290 square kilometres of terrain to fight across. Infantry, armour, helicopters, jets, boats and even combat divers all share the same battlefield, with realistic ballistics, stances and fatigue. The single-player campaign follows a soldier caught in a regional conflict, while online play supports large cooperative and competitive sessions. A powerful 3D scenario editor and full Steam Workshop support have built one of the largest modding communities in PC gaming.
