Army Men RTS brings back the days of staging battles with tiny plastic soldiers, except this time the green troops follow your every order. In true real-time strategy fashion you collect resources such as plastic and electricity, construct barracks and factories, and train riflemen, grenadiers, flamethrower units, tanks and other vehicles before the Tan forces can strike. Battles take place in life-size environments, from backyard gardens full of flowers and garden gnomes to garages and the kitchen, where everyday objects become cover and obstacles. The campaign follows Sarge and his men through a series of missions, while the Great Battles mode offers standalone scenarios. Quick to pick up, it is a light, nostalgic RTS that still plays well today.
