About Battlezone: Combat Commander
Battlezone: Combat Commander is a remaster of the 1999 classic Battlezone II, developed by Big Boat Interactive and published by Rebellion. Steam release date: 1 March 2018.
You command from inside the cockpit: drive a hover tank across alien worlds, fire its weapons yourself, and at the same time order constructors to build bases, factories and defences and send squads into battle. The campaign follows the International Space Defense Force through 24 missions against the mysterious Scion, and a second campaign lets you play the Scion side. The remaster updates the visuals, controls and interface, adds new multiplayer modes including team strategy and deathmatch, and supports Steam Workshop for maps and mods.
