Blacksmith Master is a medieval business management game developed by Untitled Studio and published by Hooded Horse. It entered Steam Early Access on 15 May 2025 for Windows, with macOS and Linux also listed, so content is still being added during development.
You take over a humble workshop tucked away in a small medieval town and control the whole production chain. Woodcutter camps and mines supply raw materials, furnaces turn ore into ingots, and your workers forge swords, axes, armour, tools, jewellery and even frying pans. Hire staff for each station, give them better tools and train their skills over time. Lay out the shop so production and sales flow smoothly, fulfil orders from across the kingdom to unlock privileges and new product designs, and watch the market for what customers want.
