About Blazing Sails
Blazing Sails is a multiplayer pirate action game developed by Get Up Games and published by Iceberg Interactive. Steam release date: 13 November 2023.
In Blazing Sails you and your crew share one ship, and everyone has a job: someone steers, someone trims the sails, someone loads and fires the cannons and someone patches the holes before the ship goes down. Treasure Hunt sends crews across islands searching for chests to cash in for gold at outposts in the middle of the map, Battle Royale mixes swashbuckling on land with naval battles until only one crew stays afloat, and Galleon Conquest throws you into large broadside battles aboard a huge galleon to capture flags. Between matches you customise your pirate and your ship with new parts, colours and cosmetics. The cartoon style and light-hearted tone keep the chaos fun rather than grim.
