Construction and a medieval economy sit next to council missions — Fernando Jimena’s panel tracks approval, food efficiency in Arnedo, and whether the council is Restricted or Empowered. Stills also show the Battle of Braga with an Organization bar, Almeria as a provincial capital, and the Lands of Porto countryside with taxes, mines, and a Declare war list.
