About Crown of Hispania
Regalis Studio and indie.io set Crown of Hispania in 1035, after Sancho III of Navarre dies and Iberia is split between northern Christian kingdoms and southern taifas.
You play a noble. Armies move freely across more than 300 hand-built provinces, without being locked to a province path. Population, culture and religion are simulated as people who grow, migrate and react.
The Early Access build already runs economy, country management, technology, court and land warfare. Cultural and religious systems in this build are basic. War, diplomacy, marriages and council missions are the levers on the realm.
Time goes to the map: moving armies, reading a court, and letting a decision change who holds a province. Campaigns are single player, and the version on this key is still Early Access.
Key Features
- 1035 Iberia The map opens after Sancho III’s death, with Christian kingdoms and taifas sharing the peninsula.
- Free army movement Armies cross the map without a forced province-to-province lock.
- Living population Characters, cultures and religions grow, migrate and react to rule.
- 300 provinces The provinces are hand-built across Iberia and neighbouring ground.
- Court and economy Construction, trade, decrees, council missions and marriages sit beside land warfare.
- Early Access build Economy, country management, technology, court and land warfare are in. Cultural and religious systems are basic in this build.
