About Daldos
Daldos is a strategy game about the confrontation of two players whose warriors meet in battle on board a single drakkar. It was developed and published by Vanaheim Team and released on 18 April 2022. The game is about cold calculation and a single winner, recreating the classic board game of the ancient Vikings.
Each side leads a squad of 16 warriors onto the deck of the longship. Your main task is to defeat the enemy forces by reducing their troops to one warrior, and every opponent is a dangerous and experienced strategist. Use your wits, show your strategic and tactical skills and make the right decision at the right moment to claim the victory.
You can face a second player on the same PC with shared or split screen, or challenge any opponent over the network and prove your strength to everyone. The stylised presentation brings a carved interface, Norse visuals and themed music, and a great victory can earn you pride of place in Valhalla.
The game is translated into four languages. It runs on Windows 7, 8 or 10 and supports English, Danish, Norwegian and Russian. The minimum configuration requires an Intel Core 2 Duo 2.8 GHz or equivalent processor, 2 GB of RAM, a GeForce 8800 GT graphics card, a broadband internet connection and 500 MB of free disk space. The game is rated USK 12 and suits players who enjoy turn-based duels, historical board games and Viking settings.
