About Fall of Porcupine
Join Finley, a fledgling doctor starting at St. Ursula's hospital in the small town of Porcupine. As the seasons change, Finley learns that not everyone is honest, healthcare is harder than medical school suggested, and a healthy work/life balance may be out of reach.
Explore the town, talk to its residents, treat patients through small minigames and uncover what is really going on at the hospital, all told in a warm hand-drawn style.
