About Furi
Furi is a boss-rush action game developed and published by The Game Bakers. Steam release date: 5 July 2016.
You are the Stranger, a silent prisoner freed by a mysterious man in a rabbit mask, and the only way out is through a chain of guardians, each a unique boss fight. Every battle mixes close-range sword combat, parries and dashes with twin-stick shooting and bullet-hell patterns, and each guardian has several phases that test your timing and reflexes in a different way. Between duels you walk through striking landscapes while your guide tells you about the next jailer and why you are imprisoned. The characters were designed by Takashi Okazaki, the creator of Afro Samurai, and the electro soundtrack features artists such as Carpenter Brut and Danger. Furi is demanding, with an easier difficulty for those who want to enjoy the story.
