About Gridlords

Sphere Studios built Gridlords and Goblinz Publishing ships it as a pixel-art autobattler. You pick a race and a hero, then grow a castle whose buildings, units and synergies decide how the army fights.

Matches are asynchronous online PvP. You deploy a fortress, the autobattler runs the fight against another player’s layout, and ranked matches keep a ladder. Planning the grid is the skill; the clash resolves without a live queue.

Steam lists Multi-player, PvP and Online PvP. There is no Single-player category and no co-op category. The live Steam page is Early Access, dated 7 October 2026, with Windows as the only platform.
