Hollow Knight is the full 2D action adventure from Team Cherry, and this Global key adds the complete game to your Steam library.
Beneath the fading town of Dirtmouth lies Hallownest, an ancient insect kingdom left in ruins. As a small, silent knight you head underground through twisting caverns, overgrown wilds and abandoned cities, all joined into one large map. Along the way you battle tainted creatures and meet a cast of odd bugs, some cute and some unsettling.
New ground opens up as your knight grows. A dash, ethereal wings for higher leaps and spells fuelled by Soul let you reach places that were blocked before, while Charms, ancient relics you equip in any combination you like, change how you fight and move. Even the map is something you earn: compasses, quills, maps and pins are bought in the world rather than given to you.
In practice the game balances exploration and close-quarters swordplay. You decide which paths to follow and which enemies to take on, so a lot of the reward comes from spotting a hidden route, pushing deeper and returning later with a new ability. It suits players who like to work out a hand-drawn world for themselves and enjoy sharp boss fights.

PC Version and Compatibility
The key is redeemed on Steam, which you need an account for. Hollow Knight runs on 64-bit Windows 10 (version 21H1 or newer), macOS Big Sur 11 or later and 64-bit Ubuntu 22.04 or 24.04, and it has full controller support. It is a single-player game. Menus and subtitles come in eleven languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
