Mark of the Ninja is a 2D stealth action game developed by Klei Entertainment and published by Microsoft Studios. Its promise is bold: to let you know what it truly means to be a ninja. You can finish the entire game without killing anyone, staying an unknown and invisible ghost, or become a brutal and silent assassin who removes every guard standing in the way. The unique 2D visual style uses award-winning animation and hand-painted environments that give every level a distinct mood.
As you progress you upgrade new tools and techniques that suit your playstyle, and optional objectives unlock entirely new ways to approach each mission. Every level includes three score challenges, extra goals and hidden collectibles, so there is always a reason to replay a stage and try a cleaner route. Custom keyboard and mouse controls sit alongside gamepad support, and finishing the main story unlocks a New Game Plus mode with even more options, tougher challenges and fresh rewards to earn.
