Simon Ordell is called back to the island of St. Amelia to put things right. The town sits under heavy fog, quiet and seemingly abandoned, and the whole story is played from his eyes. The setting is Scotland in 1996, and the game is a self-contained story in the SILENT HILL series.

You explore, evade, and survive with a limited set of weapons and tools. One of them is the CRTV, a pocket television used to tune into unstable signals. Evasion stays tense, combat is short and frantic, and the puzzles pull fragments of the past back to the surface. It is a single-player game.
