About Worms Armageddon
Worms Armageddon is a turn-based artillery strategy game by Team17, first released in 1999 and available on Steam since 19 March 2013.
Teams of cartoon worms take turns to blast each other across destructible 2D landscapes, aiming with wind and gravity in mind. More than 55 weapons and tools range from the bazooka and ninja rope to the Earthquake, Freeze, Banana Bomb and French Sheep Strike. Solo players get Deathmatch and a campaign of over 40 missions, while five training modes such as Sheep Racing and Advanced Weapon Training teach the finer tricks. Battles can be shared on one PC or played online, with options such as handicaps, allied teams and custom sound banks.
