Carrion is a reverse horror action game developed by Phobia Game Studio and published by Devolver Digital. Steam release date: 23 July 2020.
In Carrion the roles are reversed: you are the monster. An amorphous red creature of unknown origin breaks free inside a secret research facility and sets out to escape. Slither through vents, smash doors and drag scientists and guards into the dark while they try to stop you with guns, flamethrowers and drones. Consuming biomass makes you grow larger and stronger, and new abilities such as invisibility, tendril shots and mind control open up paths through the interconnected, Metroidvania-style complex.
