Citadelum is a city builder set in legendary Ancient Rome. You gather and refine resources from forests and quarries, breed animals, grow vegetables, fish and make wine to keep your population healthy and fed, while aqueducts secure the water supply. Citizens join as artisans, farmers and carpenters or train to serve in your legions, and towers and walls protect the village from barbarian attacks as it grows into a magnificent city. On the world map you free besieged villages, fight tactical auto-battles, set up trade routes for exotic resources, send explorers after mythological artifacts and complete missions for the Senate. Temples and offerings win the favour of capricious gods, but worshipping one may bring the wrath of another.
