About Cultures - Northland
Cultures - Northland is a settlement-building strategy game developed by Funatics and published on Steam by Daedalic Entertainment on 26 March 2015. It first appeared in 2002.
Banished from Asgard by Odin, the trickster god Loki takes revenge on four human heroes: Sigurd, the Frank Hatschi, the Saracen Bjarni and Cyra. You guide their people from a humble village to a thriving town, assigning settlers to jobs, building production chains and opening trade routes with other tribes. Between building phases, quests send your fighters against serpents, raiders and the wolf Fenris, and they grow into seasoned heroes over the campaign. Three difficulty levels keep it approachable.
