You wake up in a wrecked hotel room with no memory, and you are a police detective assigned to a murder in the harbour district of Martinaise. Instead of combat, everything is decided by dialogue and skill checks: 24 skills, from Logic and Empathy to Electrochemistry and Inland Empire, speak to you as voices in your head and shape what you notice and say. Internalise ideas in the Thought Cabinet, choose your politics and decide what kind of cop you become. The Final Cut adds full voice acting, new political vision quests and extra content. Mature themes include violence, strong language and drug use.
