About FUR Squadron Phoenix

As a pilot in training, you battle in strange virtual worlds, master your ship, upgrade your skills and protect the federation from an imminent threat. The story begins as war drums beat in the Bist System. Alarmed by the rising activity of the dangerous Marauders, the Chimera Federation decides to reinforce the troops of its space fleet. A brave and determined recruit is sent to the renegade FUR Squadron for special training with their virtual reality technology. The question is whether that recruit can hone their skills before it is too late for the whole system.
Each level is a roguelite on-rails run with unlockable abilities and stat upgrades. You face huge bosses and fleets of enemy ships in space, in the air and over the sea, across intricate and dynamic landscapes. The arsenal goes well beyond guided projectiles: you can wield a colossal power beam, multi-missile barrages and a powerful nuke strike. Beating the challenges set by your squadmates unlocks conversations and upgrades for the devastating Overdrive power-up.
Update 2.0 adds an all-new story campaign with Full Range Combat missions and an epilogue to the main quest, alongside the roguelite campaign. Advanced Run mode and Boss Challenges, including a Boss Rush, are there for expert pilots who want a tougher test.
