About Satisfactory
Satisfactory is a first-person open-world factory-building game with a dash of exploration and combat, developed by Coffee Stain Studios and published by Coffee Stain Publishing, released on Xbox Series X|S on 4 November 2025. As a FICSIT employee you explore an alien planet full of valuable natural resources and build multi-storey factories to make the most of them, alone or with friends.
Lay out factories with graceful precision or build sprawling conveyor networks, automate trucks and trains to reach distant outposts and move fluids properly through pipes, with the goal of minimising manual labour. Expeditions uncover new materials, and vehicles, jetpacks and jump pads make getting around easier, while safety equipment helps if you meet the local wildlife.
