Your city starts as a small floating platform, and every building has to earn its place. You erect housing, farms, power plants and workshops, then link them through production chains that run as independent economic cycles. The anti-gravity device keeps everything in the air, so it needs a steady supply of energy at all times, and its deflector shield expands as the city grows and protects your districts from the hostile world outside. An insufficient power supply leads to a quick collapse, so careful planning of every resource matters from the first minute.
Below you lies a ruined planet full of dangers and opportunities. You can navigate the whole city across the globe and send drones and other scout technology into hazardous zones to harvest resources, construct outposts, recover rare materials and search for stranded survivors.
