About The King Is Watching
The King Is Watching is a roguelite kingdom builder by Hypnohead, published by tinyBuild and released in July 2025. Its twist is simple and clever: your peasants only work while they are inside the king’s gaze, so you constantly have to decide where the ruler should look.
Place buildings on a compact grid to gather water, wheat, stone, coal and silver, raise defences and prepare for waves of enemies. Between runs you unlock permanent upgrades, magic, generals and members of the royal council, opening new strategies every time you try again.

- Roguelite runs – each attempt brings new choices and challenges.
