About TombStar
TombStar is a top-down Space Western shooter with roguelike elements, developed by Andy Sum and Marcus Grambau and published by No More Robots. It was released on 20 July 2022 for Windows. At the edges of the Frontier Galaxy, the notorious Grimheart Gang have driven away every peaceful settler and taken over the planet TombStar. Your job is to free the planet from the tyrannical grip of their leader, King Killcard, or die trying.
Combat is heart-racing bullet hell, where you go head-to-head with the toughest creatures in the galaxy. Hordes of assorted space scum stand in the way, from pistol-wielding cowpokes to robots armed with death lasers. The planet changes with each run, so you never know what is waiting behind the next corner, and every attempt teaches you a little more about surviving the Grimhearts and their deadly bosses.
An arsenal of dynamic weapons grows as you play, from splattering shotguns to the powerful Armageddon Expander and the festive Fireworks Cannon. When the going gets tough, the morally questionable Duon brothers offer intimidating perks that can be upgraded run after run. Three gunslingers are available: Jack Galloway, who strives to become a galactic hero like his father; Benson Gara, a Lyroid environmentalist; and AJ Starchild, a decorated sniper gone rogue for revenge.
Each character has unique abilities and a play style of their own, so finding your strongest contender is part of the fun. Messages from the past are scattered across the planet, and collecting them pieces together what happened on TombStar and why each hero came to take down the gang. Full controller support makes the action feel great on a gamepad. TombStar is rated USK 12.

PC Version and Compatibility
The game runs on Windows 10 (64-bit). The minimum setup is an Intel Core i5, 4 GB of RAM, a GeForce GTX 760, DirectX 11 and 10 GB of free storage. Languages: English (full audio), French, German and Simplified Chinese. Full controller support is included, so the frontier can be tamed from the sofa as well.
