About Punk Wars
Punk Wars is a turn-based 4X strategy game focused on combat and tactics, developed by Strategy Forge S.A., published by Salient Games and released on 11 November 2021. Another cycle has come to an end, and the old world has crumbled through greed and selfishness. The ruins of a once powerful megacity are now the arena for a deadly struggle between four newly emerged corporations.
Each corporation fights to spread its own technology and philosophy of life: the messianic Steampunk, the tenebrous Dieselpunk, the militaristic Steelpunk and the technocratic Atompunk. You explore a ruined wasteland full of hostile nomads, find water and other vital resources, extract them and put them to good use in your scientific, industrial and military infrastructure.
Growing your territory means building advanced supply chains in which single units rely on each other and work together like one organism. You rule over your population, keep it content, plan ahead for random events and finally send your trained units into challenging turn-based battles on a hex map that put your tactical thinking to the test.
It is a single-player turn-based strategy game with exploration, economy and tactical combat. It runs on Windows 7/8/10 64-bit or macOS 10.15 and supports English audio and text, plus text in German, French, Spanish, Polish, Russian and Simplified Chinese.
